The Treasury & Holdings department centralizes all activities of the Deere & Company group in relation to providing overnight funding as well as short- and long-term loans for different entities within the group. While, the treasury department is monitoring foreign exchange exposure and executes payments on behalf of other group units, the Holdings department plays a key role in the execution of group´s growth strategy through acquisition and management of various subsidiaries worldwide.

Treasury & Holdings department is responsible for legal, tax and financial reporting for different Deere & Company entities to ensure strong level of compliance with local and international regulations. We have harmonious and efficient work environment where every employee of the company is encouraged to bring creative and new ideas while at the same time maximizing its potential. Through regular internal controls, continuous process improvements and the use of powerful IT resources such as SAP Global ERP, our highly dedicated teams strive towards higher performance and better relationships with group´s various stakeholders.
